Booking Process
  1. See our web page, call us on telephone or send us an e-mail to find out, whether we have free rooms at the time you have chosen.
  2. Book your accommodation on our website or by e-mail. There is no way to make a reservation by phone.
  3. After booking, you will receive a confirmation in e-mail which contains payment methods of advance booking (50% of the price).
  4. As soon as we receive the prepayment on our account, your booking is finalized. You have nothing more to do. You will be informed about the finalization of your reservation in e-mail.
  5. Only bookings confirmed by e-mail are valid!
 
Reservation cancellation comes into force the day the Operator receives a written notice about the matter. In case of reservation cancellation the amount of deposit repayment depends on the time remaining to the arrival of the guest (including the day when the cancellation was made but not including the day of arrival):
  • if there are more than 90 days before the arrival, we can repay 90% of the prepayment,
  • 60-90 days before the arrival – 70% of the prepayment,
  • 30-89 days before the arrival – 50% of the prepayment,
  • 7-29 days before the arrival – 10% of the prepayment.
In other cases, no refund of the deposit is possible, which applies also in the case of cancellation 1 to 6 days before the date of the reservation or absence on the day of check-in. If the Operator cancels the accommodation (even on the day of entry before the accommodation is occupied), the deposit will be refunded.
 
At arrival, deposit payment (caution money) shall be paid. It is used only in case of key loss, special cleaning or other compensation for damage. Guests and tenants are repaid the deposit after consistently meeting their obligations. In case the total sum needed for damage compensation is higher than the amount of the deposit, guests and tenants are obligated to reimburse the excess before leaving.
 
The payment is usually received at departure against a receipt titled as "Donation to the Ivánka Castle". If necessary, (pre-)invoice of accommodation fee and rent can be issued. In such a case, please, consult it with the caretaker at booking and provide the personal data needed.
 
Rooms are available during the reserved period from 4:00 p.m. the day of arrival and to 10:00 a.m. the day of departure. Earlier arrival and later departure are also possible according to prior consultation with the caretaker and depending upon availability.
 
The rooms are non-smoking! Smoking is allowed only in the designated area outside the building.
Catering in the building is not provided by the operator. Smaller groups can cook in the kitchenette using their own source materials (with regard to the needs of other groups). Bigger groups can order food from the local inn. After prior consultation, the caretaker can help in the arrangements. 
 
The Beszédes Lajos Leader Training Centre gives an opportunity to organize only such events that are in accordance with the educational goals of the SZMCS-ZSMN. Neither do they support events disturbing the night peace, even if they are not contrary to their educational principles. The SZMCS-ZSMN reserves the right to reject any event with no particular reason, if the Association´s representative reaches to the conclusion that organizing the given event is not in accordance with their educational goals.
